Gaia Soybean - Bean

Glycine max

Story: a productive short plant, growing no more than 40cm high with fuzzy light green pods. Produces lovely green and dark purple soybeans with 1-4 beans per pod.

When to Sow: plant out pot-raised beans in late May and early June or sow directly from mid-May until July.

Requirements: well draining soil, can be grown in pots. 

Harvesting: late summer.
