story: a lovely sweet pepper with thin flesh, black/brown skin and green inside. Like all peppers grown in the UK, it would do better in a greenhouse or conservatory, and will need a long growing season with lots of sun.
sow: from mid-february to early april indoors in pots or seed trays of seed compost.
requirements: well draining soil, and full sun.
harvesting: late summer/early autumn. when fruit turns chocolate-coloured, it is ready.
please remember, we will only send out three packs of seed to first-season growers. if you order more than this, you are likely to receive just three packs to begin with. this is to ensure we get plenty of data in return, and to keep our stocks sustainable for years to come.
