spring blush peas
story: a delicious, crunchy, light green pea with a pale pink flush on the pod. these peas are a sugar snap type which can be eaten pod and all.
sow: from late february indoors or from march when soil temps do not drop below 5 degrees. sow successionally every 4-6 weeks for constant crops throughout the growing season.
requirements: enriched soil, and water regularly, stake up to support.
harvesting: early summer onwards.
