Yellow Podded Mongetout

Pisum sativum 

This one needs some love. It was an amazing pea variety that grew fast and produced large, pale yellow, tender pods. Sadly we have lost its back story and name. The seeds themselves have some mottling which is common in home-saved peas and doesn't cause any problems with germination or disease. We have just one large packet of this orphaned pea! Ideally someone who can give it a lot of space (Around 60 plants). I know we haven't made it sound all that exciting but it really is a lovely pea, we just have too many new legume varieties to grow out next year and would love to multiply stocks and keep it available on the SSN.
